No two projects are the same.
Our process is designed to help you to achieve your creative aims. By working together from the ground up and allowing for feedback at every stage, we aim to streamline the entire process.
We get to know about you and your unique goals. We will research your target audience as well as your competitors to ensure that your new website and branding is relevant and on-message.
Our research will also include discussing primary elements, such as your branding, navigation, structure and content.
Based on feedback generated from our research phase, we will collaborate with you using wireframes and design concepts. By working together from the start, we can achieve your design objectives more efficiently.
Behind the scenes, development will commence on the backend of your site, including database and software setup as well as implementing any additional technological requirements for your website.
Towards the end of this stage, you will be provided with access to a secure, private server to view progress and provide us with ongoing feedback.
Once the initial design concepts have been approved, we will begin to design the frontend of your site. Client-provided copy, images or graphics would be required at this stage.
You’ll be able to see via the secure link provided as your website build progresses. As the design and development phase nears completion, we’ll fully test your site for web standards compliance and cross-browser, cross-device compatibility to ensure that it works seamlessly on any screen, tablet or mobile device.
Once final testing is complete and the website is signed off, we’re ready to go live! As part of our Service Level Agreement, we will also ensure that your website is promptly updated with any vendor-issued patches and upgrades.
After the site has launched, we will support you with advice, technical support, maintenance and updates for as long as you remain with us, so you can rest assured that your website is in safe hands.
At this stage, software training will also be provided, so that you will be able to update the content of the site yourself, but we will be able to do so on your behalf if you prefer.
Either way, we’re here to support you.
